1. Return Period
Products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, without needing to justify the decision.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in new condition, unused, and without signs of wear.
- Original packaging should be included (if available).
- Customized or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are not eligible.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Send an email to info@fixsy.eu with your order number and reason for return
- You will receive instructions with the return address and next steps
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect)
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
5. Products Delivered from our suppliers stock
For products shipped directly from international suppliers:
- The 30-day return period still applies.
- The process may take longer due to distance and logistics.
